The role

Working with our Team Leader, you will apply your passion for business improvement and training to develop our team and refine our processes. You will play a dual role as both an administrative and customer service champion, dedicated to providing efficient support services for our department and our customers.

Your primary duties will involve delivering excellent customer and support services, offering training, and reviewing business processes to drive improvements. You will work closely with the Team Leader of City Assets Support Service and collaborate with various units within the City Assets Department.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Support Officers to drive process improvements, provide training, and implement new technology.
  • Serve as the secretariat for the Traffic Committee and other relevant meetings as needed.
  • Work closely with various teams within the City Assets Department to deliver efficient and effective support, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Analyse data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement practical solutions to improve service quality.
  • Partner with the Team Leader to address VIP and customer inquiries, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Evaluate departmental functions and make necessary adjustments to better support the unit.

You will have

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative and customer experience role.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Be a proactive and innovative thinker with a passion for driving change and transformation.

The salary range for this opportunity starts at $80,293 (Grade F, Step1) + 11.5% super. Salary is negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
