We're looking for three motivated and enthusiastic Senior Lifeguards to join our team at Goldfields Oasis. If you're passionate about aquatics, enjoy supporting others, and are keen to develop your leadership skills, this could be the perfect next step for you.

About The Role
As a Senior Lifeguard, you'll be a role model on shift, helping lead the Lifeguard team while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons.
You'll support daily operations, provide guidance to team members, assist with training and development, coordinate responses during emergencies, and help create a positive team culture where everyone can succeed.
No two days are the same, and you'll gain valuable experience in communication, leadership, customer service, risk management and aquatic operations.

Work Schedule
You will join a team of three Part-Time Senior Lifeguards working on a rotating roster that provides leadership coverage across the facility.
Shifts include:
· Monday to Friday: 4.30pm – 8.30pm
· Rotational Saturday and Sunday shifts
This roster provides flexibility while giving you exposure to a range of operational and leadership experiences throughout the week.
