The role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and support the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Research and analyse HR trends, best practices, and legislative changes to inform project outcomes.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and reporting mechanisms to track progress.
  • Coordinate consultation and engagement activities with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with workforce needs.

Our ideal candidate

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • High level project management skills
  • An ability to work with and engage with people across all levels of the organisation and to bring people along the change journey.
  • Significant experience in human resources, organisational culture and development, industrial relations, occupational health and safety, staff wellbeing and diversity equity and inclusion
  • Local Government experience would be advantageous
