As part of the City Projects Team the Project Administration Officer is primarily responsible for the organisation and administration of specialist project support for the delivery of capital works projects from inception to final delivery. The works are to be completed in accordance with contemporary project management practices and, to agreed timeframes and levels of service.

The role involves coordinating and administering the efficient delivery of capital works projects within budget and timeframes, managing project finances, preparing documentation, monitoring progress, liaising with other departments, and contributing to the development of project management processes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a dynamic organisation.

• Previous experience in technical construction and contract administration is desirable

• Current WA C Class driver’s licence

• National (or Federal) Police Certificate (no more than 6 months old)
