Title: Service Delivery Analyst, Temporary - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $101,751.32 to $118,251.57 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience) (12-month contract)

Our opportunity :
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Support the Service Desk and Delivery Team and all of IDT with technical escalation and help them to deliver according to SLA, KPI requirements.
2) Adhere to and expand ITIL best practices and processes per the Council’s ITSM requirements
3) Technical project involvement with internal staff training / engagement
4) Provide an excellent customer experience in delivering all IT Services to internal and external customers
