Remuneration: Annual salary commencing at $83,102 plus attraction allowance of market loading of an additional 6.5% is available for a fixed term period to the successful candidate, plus 15% Superannuation, increasing to 16% after 1 July 2027.

Role Overview
As a Specialist Fitter/Diesel Mechanic, you will be required to diagnose, service and maintain council’s diesel plant and machinery to required standards, maintain records and ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a qualified and experienced fitter/diesel mechanic, who has the skill and ability with fault diagnostics, as well as mechanical aptitude. A team player, as well as the person with the skill to work independently, sometimes remotely, will do well in this role.
