About the Opportunity

The Support Analyst will provide support, maintenance, analysis, and subject matter expertise to resolve production support issues, perform root cause analysis, and identify continuous improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with business strategies. The position provides day-to-day operational monitoring and support for Council systems, as well as being responsible for collecting and defining customer requirements, documenting and planning out system upgrades, improvements, and integrations, and working with the vendor, business and Information and Communications

Team to ensure successful delivery of projects and services.

About Yourself

A person in this position needs to have an extensive understanding of Local Government, Enterprise Resource Planning solutions and their core functions (Finance, Human Resources, Hierarchy, and Assets). This position will need to hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and/or an equivalent combination of education, training, certifications and work experience OR be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience. It is also highly desirable for the successful candidate to have:

 ITIL v3/v4 Foundation;

 Experience in TechnologyOne's SaaS ERP OneCouncil including;

o Experience in TechnologyOne's Strategic / Enterprise Asset Management OR Finance/SCM;

o Experience in TechnologyOne's XLOne Reporting and/or Dashboards; Mandatory.
