Title: Team Leader, Community Development, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $111,468.90 to $140,839.32 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Lead the development and implementation of projects and initiatives that address identified social sustainability priorities and challenges.
2) Work collaboratively across Council to improve safety, inclusion and participation of community members, particularly from priority populations.
3) Build capacity and strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the social services sector and community, leading to improved social outcomes.
About you:
We’re looking for a Team Leader Community Development to lead one of our Community Development teams. You’ll bring strategic thinking and innovation to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
