The role
An exciting opportunity has opened in our People Transformation unit as the Team Leader Learning & Development. In this role, you will develop the strategic initiatives and meet operational and compliance requirements. You will be passionate about enhancing employee growth and effectiveness across all levels at CBCity.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Lead, coach and support the Learning and Development (L&D) team to deliver on their key objectives and goals.
  • Manage the development and delivery of leadership development programs at all levels.
  • Assess strategic and compliance-based learning and development needs through regular organisational-wide needs analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including the People and Performance department, senior leadership, all levels of leaders and specialist stakeholders to support positive outcomes.

You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR/L&D or related discipline and/or relevant experience.
  • Well-developed leadership skills and experience to manage and coach the team in achieving business objectives.
  • Exceptional skills in senior stakeholder management, experience in leadership development management and/or organisational learning and/or organisational development.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in end to end learning and development practices, processes and approaches.

The salary range for this opportunity starts at $122,553 (Grade J, Step 1) + 11.5% super. Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
