Full TimeCouncil is seeking a suitably qualified applicant to fill the permanent full-time role of Team Leader Roads.
Reporting directly to the Coordinator Roads, this position plays a key role in the prioritising of planned works and unscheduled works (CRM’S) and provides coordination support for resources (employees, plant and financial) within allocated budgets. This position is a hands-on role working within the field to support the timely delivery of works programs and achieve departmental objectives.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who works effectively within a team environment and applies their knowledge, skills and experience to coordinate daily operations and supports their teams under their direction. Strong communications skills and demonstrated computer literacy are essential for this role along with the ability to provide practical guidance and contribute to a productive workplace.
