The Role
As our Team Leader for Systems and Administration you will contribute to delivering high quality administration, finance and communication to the Safe Environment team. Services delivered by this unit include local laws, parking services, animal services and building services.
You will ensure all administration functions are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement, including systems and administrative processes and the unit’s policies. You will undertake research, analyse, and find solutions to implement systems and process improvement for the team.
You will lead and supervise a team of approximately 12 staff and will have extensive knowledge and understanding of administration tasks with a strong emphasis on customer service.
About You
To be successful in this varied position, you will have experience in IT systems, business analysis and finding solutions to making work more efficient and effective for the team and our customers.
You will have good communication skills, enjoy working in a team environment, be organised and have experience in administration.
This will be your chance to effectively lead and develop a high performing, flexible and resilient team to achieve organisational goals, having previous supervisory experience will be highly regarded.
A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
