• Competitive Salary: Starting at $81,363 per annum.
• Based: Multiple Remote Community Locations
• Term Type: This position is a Permanent, Full-time role
• Supporting a work-life balance with:
  • Annual Leave: 6 weeks of annual leave with 17.5% leave loading.

• Demonstrated experience in a Team Leader - Works or similar supervisory role
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions on the ground
• Hands-on experience coordinating works, tools, plant, and equipment
• Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
