About the Opportunity
As the Workforce Capabilities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing skills and capabilities of our workforce. You will work closely with various departments to identify workforce needs, coordinate training programs and help implement strategies that improve overall workforce performance. Additionally, you will contribute to key People and Culture projects and initiatives.
