This position provides business development expertise and support to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (OCEO) Directorate. This Directorate includes the following Services of Council:
•    Audit & Risk 
•    Communications & Customer Experience 
•    Executive & Councillor Support
•    Governance & Compliance 
•    Partnerships & Special Projects 
•    Safety & Hazardous Materials 
It works with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), leading and coordinating OCEO Directorate business planning, budgeting and performance reporting processes and development of quality business processes and projects for continuous improvement. It oversees the Directorate budget and provides strategic business analysis to support operations of the Directorate.

Essential requirements include high level skills and experience in supporting business development through coordinating business planning and performance review processes  for multiple service areas. Proven ability to project manage, plan, schedule and organise and successful experience with continuous improvement business strategies. High level computer, communication and customer service skills.

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $111,044 gross per annum 
+ 11.5% superannuation 
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary (if eligible) 
+ annual award increase
