We’re looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to manage all aspects of material storage, packaging, and dispatch. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. You’ll have the opportunity to own this space, implement improvements, and support lean practices to enhance workflow and productivity.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage storage, packaging, and shipping of materials and finished goods
  • Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
  • Prepare and package products for dispatch accurately and on time
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to meet deadlines
  • Support lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
What Success Looks Like
  • The warehouse is clean, safe, and well-organised
  • Materials and products are packed and shipped accurately and on time
  • Continuous improvements are implemented to streamline operations
What We’re Looking For
  • Current forklift license (essential)
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of lean principles in a warehouse setting (advantageous)
  • Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership
