• Salary from $42.22 + Superannuation
• Position Locations: Glen Waverley / Oakleigh / Clayton

Our Active Monash Leisure Centres are highly regarded throughout the Aquatic and Recreation Industry, attracting over 1.5 million attendances per annum. About the Position

The Membership Consultant provides a professional sales focus for prospective club members, implements sales and marketing strategies and actively sells club memberships. The Membership Consultants’ role is integral to the continued growth and success of the Recreation Centres.

• Act as a frontline representative of Active Monash
• Make a difference in our club culture by providing a warm, genuine and professional level of service in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct initial introductions, presentations and tours of our facilities

Skills and Experience

• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong Sales skills
• Sound Team skills
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Right to work in Australia
• Employee Working with Children’s Check
• Satisfactory National Police Check
• Level II (Senior) First Aid qualification and CPR
• Current Driver's License and ability to travel to various work locations if required
• Ability to work a variety of day, night and weekend shifts across our three facilities in Glen Waverley, Oakleigh and Clayton
