We launched our Work Safe, Go Home Safe strategy this year. We’ll be honest – it’s an ambitious, but achievable, plan and we want you to be on the implementation journey with us. You will be pivotal in bringing about cultural change where continuous improvement of all aspects of workplace health and safety becomes, “just the way we do things around here”. Most importantly, you’ll be part of the dedicated WHS team making sure our employees are equipped to work safely, and go home each night uninjured and unhurt.
We can offer you the opportunity to apply your knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance issues in all facets of health and safety practices on a daily basis, across a diverse workforce. You will draw on your knowledge and experience to provide accurate and timely advice to the organisation, ensuring we continue to meet (perhaps even exceed) compliance and legislative requirements. Applying your strong interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll ensure that the safety message is delivered and understood across the City.
A formal qualification in workplace health and safety and a ‘C’ class driver’s licence are essential.

We are offering a gross salary of $88,048 – $94,523 per annum,dependent on skills and experience. But this job is so much more than the money.
