A rewarding career development opportunity exists for a school leaver looking to enter the infrastructure industry. Working within the Shire’s fun and friendly Works and Infrastructure team, the successful applicant will focus on assisting the Manager Works and Coordinators at the Depot.

Works Administration Trainee (HR 11/25)

• Fixed Term 12 months from Jan 2025
• Full-Time 76 hours/fortnight
• EA Level 1 (17/18 years of age) $43,241 - $46,934 per annum
• Plus superannuation, professional development, generous leave provisions and recreation centre membership

Works Admin Trainee Position Description

The successful applicant will be:

• Enthusiastic and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment;
• Progressing towards successful completion of Year 12; and
• Living within the Shire of Augusta Margaret River.

 As a trainee, you will receive:

• Quality training and mentoring in the preparation of minor projects, including the coordination of contractors and employees to oversee the quality of works;
