The opportunity
The Coordinator Corporate Planning and Performance is the driving force behind Council’s planning and reporting rhythm, helping the organisation stay clear, aligned and future focused. Your experience in local government will help you guide the Council Plan and Community Vision cycles, turn complex data into meaningful insights, and support teams to plan and measure what really matters. You’ll collaborate across the organisation, work confidently with consultants, and bring a steady, organised approach to keeping planning frameworks compliant, transparent and effective. With a mix of analytical thinking, relationship building and strategic know-how, you will help lift organisational capability and ensure Council delivers on its commitments to the community.

Pre-Employment Requirements
