Make a lasting and measurable difference for our community by leading the strategic direction of Council’s asset, infrastructure and sustainability portfolios. This executive role offers the opportunity to shape long-term asset performance, capital investment and financial sustainability outcomes that directly support service delivery across the Murrindindi Shire.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and forming part of the Executive Management Team, you will play a key role in ensuring Council’s infrastructure, financial and environmental sustainability programs and capital works are aligned with long-term financial planning and community priorities.

Your Role:
As Director Sustainability & Assets, you will lead Council’s asset, infrastructure and environmental functions, ensuring the delivery of high-performing core services while strengthening long-term planning, asset maturity and financial alignment.

This role requires a leader who can integrate asset management, capital investment and long-term financial sustainability frameworks, while providing clear, evidence‑based strategic advice to the CEO and Council.
