About the opportunity
This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to provide high‑level executive, project and operational support to the Director City Assets on a permanent, full‑time basis.
In this role, you will help ensure the directorate operates seamlessly by delivering proactive executive support, coordinating customer and stakeholder responses, and overseeing team administration. You will also play a key role in aligning and streamlining administrative processes across the directorate’s management team to drive consistency and quality.
Beyond day‑to‑day coordination, you will contribute to broader directorate initiatives, including change projects, internal communications and activities that strengthen team cohesion and culture.
