Property Support Officer
Support the Property Team to deliver accurate, timely property transactions, projects and portfolio administration. Maintain records, coordinate processes and assist with documentation across Council’s property portfolio.

The Property & City Design Branch supports the management and development of Council’s property portfolio. The Property Team coordinates leasing, licensing, acquisitions, disposals and other property transactions while maintaining accurate records and compliant processes.
About the Position
The Property Support Officer provides administrative and operational support for property transactions, projects and portfolio management activities. You will maintain property records and registers, coordinate workflows, respond to routine enquiries and assist Property Officers with documentation, reporting and transaction milestones.
