The City of Salisbury is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Club Leasing Officer to join the Buildings, Electrical and Energy Management team within City Infrastructure.
Reporting to the Team Leader Buildings, Electrical and Energy Management, you will be the primary point of contact between Council and more than 65 sporting and community clubs across the City of Salisbury. Working closely with clubs and internal stakeholders, you will manage lease and licence arrangements, coordinate maintenance and service requests, provide property management advice and support strong partnerships that help clubs thrive.
You will play a key role in ensuring clubs receive a high level of customer service while supporting Council's compliance obligations and the effective management of community facilities and assets.

You are a customer-focused and relationship-driven professional with experience in property management, leasing or a related discipline. You enjoy working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders and have the ability to build trusted relationships while balancing community needs with organisational and legislative requirements.
With strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, you can confidently manage competing priorities, navigate complex issues and deliver positive outcomes for clubs, Council and the community.
