As our Rates Team Leader, you will lead and coach a capable team to deliver accurate, timely and compliant management of Rates, Special Rates & Charges, and receipting. You’ll partner closely with Customer Service, Finance and external stakeholders to provide specialist advice, keep processes tight and transparent, and ensure excellent service to our community.
