JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Site Inspector to oversee and monitor the day-to-day activities of Council contractors and service providers, ensuring all works are completed in accordance with contractual requirements, project specifications, and Work Health & Safety (WHS) obligations.
In this role, you will conduct on-site inspections, monitor compliance, identify and report issues, and liaise with contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
This position is required to support night works, with site activities occurring between 8:00 pm and 5:00 am, Sunday through Thursday. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an on-site presence throughout the duration of the works to ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
