About the Position

As a Town Maintenance Officer, you’ll work within our Infrastructure team and report to the Town Maintenance Coordinator. In this hands‑on role, you will contribute to the maintenance and improvement of:

• Parks and gardens;
• Public spaces;
• Roads; and
• Minor plant and equipment.

You will help keep our towns looking their best while ensuring safe and high-quality operations. The role also supports waste services as required and may involve occasional travel to other Shire towns.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in lawn, garden, or horticultural maintenance;
• Can confidently work outdoors in Pilbara conditions;
• Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn; and
• Works well in a team and contributes to a safe, supportive environment.

Highly regarded:

• MR or HR Licence
• Plant operator certificates
• Horticulture experience
• Experience with irrigation systems
