Are you a proactive safety professional with a passion for creating healthy and resilient workplaces? We are seeking a dynamic Work Health and Safety Advisor to join our team in Tom Price.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving a safety-first culture across the Shire, ensuring our people, contractors, and community members work in safe, compliant, and supportive environments. From conducting site inspections and leading investigations to coaching leaders, delivering training, and implementing wellbeing initiatives, your work will directly strengthen the Shire’s safety systems and culture.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on role; has strong communication and influencing skills; is confident interpreting legislation; and takes pride in building trust, driving accountability, and delivering practical safety solutions.
