We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Services Officer to join our Customer Services team in Rotorua on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a great opportunity for those that are passionate about providing an excellent customer service experience and are adaptable to assist the many functions that exist within our team.

As a Business Services Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer services function, supporting our business by covering incoming calls to our contact centre and collecting sufficient information to pass it along to those that will action it in our organisation.
While your work will primarily be as part of our wider contact centre team, we need a superstar who can respond to the needs of our business and step into working flexible hours in our Rotorua reception. You will be involved in various administration activities and provide our stakeholders and staff with excellent customer service. You will work closely with many teams across the organisation to respond to various request and support our wider Customer Services team.
