About the Position

Are you an organised, community-minded professional with a passion for bringing people together and supporting vibrant regional communities? We are seeking a motivated Community Development Officer to join our Community Services team in Paraburdoo.

In this practical and varied role, you will support the planning and delivery of community programs, initiatives and events that enhance liveability and connection across the town. Working closely with community groups, internal teams and external partners, you will help deliver inclusive and well-run activities from planning through to delivery and evaluation.

We are looking for someone who enjoys a hands-on, people-focused environment; can manage competing priorities; works collaboratively; and is flexible to work occasional after-hours and weekend activities. A genuine interest in community development and strong stakeholder engagement is essential.
