Community Development Support Officer

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is looking for two individuals to join the Community Services Team to assist with customer service and administration support in various areas of the Community Services including the Boulder Town Hall and Goldfields War Museum, William Grundt Memorial Library, Eastern Goldfields Community Centre, and the Men’s Shed.

If you enjoy working in a dynamic customer service focused environment in a variety of locations with a wide range of customers, patrons, and visitors then this role is for you

Some of the things you’ll be responsible for:

• Present a positive and welcoming first impression to all patrons and customers of all service delivery areas in the Community & Recreation department while providing frontline assistance and expedient responses to queries
• Provide support in the day-to-day running of various Community Services facilities, services, and programs.
• Assist with various administration tasks associated with the day-to-day running of the Boulder Town Hall and Goldfields War Museum, William Grundt Memorial Library, Eastern Goldfields Community Centre, and the Men’s Shed

This position is a casual position including weekday and work on Saturday mornings.

Salary and Benefits

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. 
This position is $35.34 an hour.
