About the role
This position is responsible for assisting in Community Development functions.
Duties
Key responsibilities include:
- Complete all agreed study units within the 12-month traineeship.
- Deliver friendly, professional service to customers.
- Assist with processing customer complaints.
- Work collaboratively to maintain high customer service standards.
- Follow all City policies and ensure workplace safety.
