Key Responsibilities:
  • Building strong and productive relationship with stakeholders, existing and new
  • Tendering and negotiating maintenance contracts.
  • Leading business growth in road maintenance.
  • Managing contracts, services, finances, and reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with H&S, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Assisting with the development of long-term business plans, budgets and forecasting.
Key Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in roading maintenance and construction.
  • Proven success in leading and managing civil and /or road maintenance contracts or a related discipline.
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams and sub-contractors.
  • Leading diverse teams and identifying areas of development.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Attitude is key and we are looking for drive, determination and ambition.
