  • Support the operation and maintenance of corporate information systems

  • Map and improve internal business processes to enhance efficiency

  • Conduct system analysis, testing, and change management activities

  • Coordinate cross-organisational teams and external vendors

  • Facilitate engagement with third-party service providers and user groups

  • Manage cloud suite releases/upgrades and stakeholder communications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in process mapping and system analysis

  • Ability to manage change and support implementation of new systems

  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration across teams

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and complex environments

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Mō ngā pūkenga | Qualifications and experience

  • Proven experience in business analysis or similar role

  • Deep understanding of ERP technology capability (Infor Cloud Suite desirable)

  • Familiarity with requirements gathering and prioritisation

  • Understanding of testing and release management processes

  • Tertiary qualification in business, IT, or related discipline preferred
