Mō te tūranga | About the role
Support the operation and maintenance of corporate information systems
Map and improve internal business processes to enhance efficiency
Conduct system analysis, testing, and change management activities
Coordinate cross-organisational teams and external vendors
Facilitate engagement with third-party service providers and user groups
Manage cloud suite releases/upgrades and stakeholder communications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in process mapping and system analysis
Ability to manage change and support implementation of new systems
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration across teams
Comfortable working with ambiguity and complex environments
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Mō ngā pūkenga | Qualifications and experience
Proven experience in business analysis or similar role
Deep understanding of ERP technology capability (Infor Cloud Suite desirable)
Familiarity with requirements gathering and prioritisation
Understanding of testing and release management processes
Tertiary qualification in business, IT, or related discipline preferred
