The Data Engineer will be responsible for technical data alignment, enterprise information architecture, and seamless data sharing across various operating units. You will focus on the technical aspects of data alignment, working to integrate and orchestrate data across the organisation's various operating units. This will involve understanding middleware architecture, identifying data gaps, and formulating strategies to manage and share information seamlessly across the enterprise. This role is integral to the organisation's strategic objective of standardising data and its business operations.

Skills and Experience:
- Technical expertise in data architecture and enterprise information architecture.
- Ability to identify data gaps and formulate data management strategies.
- Understanding of middleware architecture for seamless data sharing.
- SQL and Python proficiency for data transformation and pipeline development.
- Experience with Azure data services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks) for ETL/ELT and analytics.
- Familiarity with SAP data structures and integration patterns.
- Power BI modelling and dashboarding for business insights.
