Greater Hume Children's Services is seeking two passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers to join our team, with one position available at the Holbrook Children's Services Centre and one position available at the Walla Walla Children's Services Centre.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating engaging learning experiences that support children's growth, wellbeing and development. Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality early childhood education programs that inspire curiosity, creativity and a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

• Develop, implement and evaluate engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through intentional teaching practices.
• Create safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments that support every child's individual needs and interests.
• Build strong, positive partnerships with children, families, colleagues and the wider community.
• Observe, assess and document children's learning, development and achievements.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Act as a professional role model and mentor within the education team.
