Enterprise Process Lead (12 Month Fixed-Term)

Mō te tūranga | About the role

• The role is a 12-month fixed term assignment to increase the process management maturity for the organisation and lay a foundation for ongoing process improvement and transformation.

• You will lead the improvement of the organisation-wide understanding of process management, process management capability and maturity in process management disciplines.

• You will embed a culture of business process excellence within WRC, starting from the development of an organisation-wide process management strategy.

• You will provide expert advice and support to the CIO, ELT and staff on all aspects of enterprise process management.

• You will have a strong understanding and extensive experience in all aspects of enterprise process management.

• Demonstrated leadership in driving process initiatives and transformation.

• You will have an ability to communicate effectively and influence people across all areas of the organisation

• An ability to foster a process driven culture and promote process maturity awareness and practices.

Mō ngā pūkenga | Qualifications and experience

• Applied experience in enterprise process management.

• A strong understanding of concepts related to process management.

• A tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
