Join our Information & Technology Services team and help drive seamless, reliable and high quality application support across Council.
What We Do
Our Information & Technology Services team supports and enhances Council’s Core Applications. They ensure systems are reliable, secure and performing well by managing configuration, user access, upgrades, incident/problem resolution, reporting, and partnerships with vendors and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Enterprise Systems Support Analyst, you’ll provide technical and business support across Core Applications, helping keep critical systems running smoothly. Your role will include:
Administering systems, managing access and maintaining configuration standards.
Supporting incidents, problems and service requests, including vendor coordination.
Testing patches, upgrades and enhancements.
Improving workflows, reporting and business processes.
Building strong relationships with internal customers and vendors.
Developing reports and analysing data as needed.
Contributing to projects, including testing, documentation and task delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Tertiary qualifications in IT or relevant experience.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in a large or complex environment.
Knowledge of one or more of:
TechnologyOne OneCouncil (Ci Anywhere)
Civica Authority
SAP Business Objects
Experience with ITSM/ITIL processes.
Strong skills in incident/problem management and workflow analysis.
Experience with reporting tools (Crystal Reports, SAP Business Objects, ExcelOne or similar).
Excellent communication, relationship management and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
