Salary range: $94,895 - $104,849 + 12.5% superannuation 

Kingborough Council is seeking a suitably qualified Environmental Health Officer to join our team in this exciting role. We are looking for a motivated professional with practical experience who is passionate about protecting public health and supporting our community.

As an Environmental Health Officer within Council, you will utilise your well-developed knowledge of public health and environment to achieve outcomes for our community. Acting on behalf of Council, you will perform your role as an Authorised Officer, exercising delegated powers to apply legislation and local laws. 

A typical day as an Environmental Health Officer may include licensing, auditing and complaint-based investigation in areas of food safety, public health and environmental protection.
