Industrial & Commercial Electrician - DUNEDIN based
We are proud to be recruiting for an Industrial & Heavy Commercial Electrician for 100% locally owned and operated company. This role has been created to support the on-going workload.
  
The Company 
Leading South Island electrical company for all commercial and industrial electrical work. They cover from Bluff to Central Otago to Christchurch & Dunedin. This role is Dunedin based.
  
The Role 
This role will see you manage multiple clients within the Dunedin area, and will be working internally in a small team or independently providing technical guidance, ongoing maintenance, plant installation services and fault diagnostic expertise. You will be responsible for organising your own work schedule and liaising directly with clients.
  
Core Responsibilities

• Servicing & fault finding large commercial & industrial clients
• Electrical maintenance & repairs of commercial appliances
• Good knowledge of commercial & industrial control systems
• Sound mechanical knowledge
• Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety requirements

The Ideal Person

• You will have a full NZ Electrical Licence 
• Minimum NZ electrical experience of 3 yrs
• Proven fault finding & diagnostic skills
• Relevant work experience in industrial setting
• Brilliant communication skills
• A full current drivers license
• A good level of computer literacy
• Previous experience contracting within a manufacturing environment
• Immediate NZ work Visa
