About the role

You will be responsible for contributing to the provision of quality customer service at Lane Cove Library and other branches when required.

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications and experience;
  • A commitment to the provision of high-quality customer service;
  • An ability to work in a team environment;
  • An ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks;
  • Strong and effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
  • An ability to refer matters to senior staff on duty as appropriate;
  • Current Class C Driver Licence;
  • A willingness and ability to work every Saturday and Sunday.
  • Previous Public Library Experience

Salary range:

From $1138.20 per week + super to $1317.90 per week + super paid on a pro-rata basis dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate.
