THE ROLE: As maintenance fitter, your primary focus is for planned & unplanned maintenance, ensuring the upkeep of the production facility. Adhering to health, safety & food hygiene regulations at all times. You will be a proactive engineer - identifying opportunities to improve the overall efficiency of the machinery. Without properly maintained machinery - production comes to a stand-still This is an afternoon shift 2.30pm - 11.30pm Opportunity to step up to Supervisor level for exceptional performer
THE SUCCESSFUL ENGINEER WILL HAVE/ BE:
3 years engineering experience (FMCG/ food processing)
Trade Cert. Lvl 4: Fitter/ Turner/ Welder OR
Qualified Maintenance/ Diagnostics Engineer
Proven track record in maintenance engineering
Already in NZ with Open work Visa or higher
Professional English for noisy work environment
