Mechanic

Council is seeking a qualified Mechanic to undertake maintenance and repairs of Council machinery,

including earthmoving equipment, trucks and light vehicles. This is a great opportunity to work on a

wide range of equipment within a modern workshop, as well as in the field, while maintaining a great

work/life balance.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Trade qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics and practical experience in maintenance,

service and repairs of earthmoving, grass cutting, heavy or light vehicles industries or similar

• Knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Well-developed time management and prioritisation skills
