Our Dunedin based clients are currently seeking a P&C Manager to join their business and lead people strategy across a diverse organisation. The successful candidate will be passionate about transitioning our clients HR function into a modern P&C environment. You’ll be a key member of their senior leadership team, shaping the future of HR in their business.
THE ROLE:
Shape a positive workplace culture that supports collaboration and growth across the group.
Lead talent initiatives to attract, retain, and develop exceptional people and future leaders.
Empower managers with tools and guidance to build engaged, high-performing teams.
Navigate change and employment matters with professionalism and confidence.
Ensure compliance and wellbeing through robust systems for health, safety, and policy development.
SKILL SET:
A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in senior HR / H&S roles
Proven ability to lead strategic HR and H&S initiatives and influence at all levels
Experience resolving employment relations issues
A collaborative, people-first mindset with excellent communication skills
