Platinum Recruitment are on the hunt for Production / Operations Managers for 3 different processing sites. These roles are senior leadership roles each reporting into the respective Site Manager
If you have proven experience in getting the most out of your busy 24/7 production teams please read on.
The successful applicant will possess the following skills: - Previous team leadership experience in production
- Understanding of food processing requirements
- Sound decision maker / problem-solver
- Active experience with continuous improvement programs
- Competency in the use of technology in a production environment
- Immediate NZ work rights

Competitive annual salary: $110 - 140k pa/ depending on experience
