Senior Network Operator

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Network Operator to join our Water Services - Delivery team and play a vital role in delivering safe, reliable drinking water to our community. Every day, your expertise will help ensure our residents and businesses can turn on the tap with confidence.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on technical and specialist tasks across the drinking water reticulation network, from maintenance and repairs to monitoring pump stations and reservoirs. You’ll be hands-on fixing problems and keeping our water infrastructure in top condition. You’ll also provide on-site crew leadership, passing on your knowledge and helping others to grow.

We’re after someone with a Level 4 Water Reticulation qualification, at least five years’ industry experience, and the skills to problem-solve in the field. You’ll be physically fit, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and a customer-first approach are essential.
