Are you a passionate aquatic professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety?

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking a Senior Officer Aquatics to lead our Aquatics team at the Goldfields Oasis. In this key leadership role, you will oversee lifeguard operations, build workforce capability through training and mentoring, drive aquatic safety standards and ensure exceptional service delivery for our community.

We're looking for someone who can inspire teams, champion a positive safety culture, and contribute to the ongoing success of one of regional WA's premier recreation facilities.
