Senior Reconciliation and Community Partnerships Officer

We're looking for a passionate and experienced professional to lead the delivery of our reconciliation initiatives and build meaningful partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and organisations across Bunbury and the South West.
About the Role
As the Senior Reconciliation and Community Partnerships Officer, you'll lead the coordination and delivery of the City's reconciliation priorities, with a key focus on progressing the City's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
You will provide specialist advice, manage projects and build strong relationships across the organisation and community to turn reconciliation commitments into practical outcomes.
This is a hands-on role that combines project management, stakeholder engagement and strategic advice, working collaboratively with internal teams, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, organisations and other key partners.

You'll bring strong project management skills, sound judgement and the ability to work confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders. You're comfortable providing advice, managing competing priorities and turning strategic commitments into practical outcomes.
