• Leadership... to a team of approximately 20, leading and growing capacity to deliver.
• Strategy... that is backed by quality data, advocates for our city, connects the right partnership initiatives that deliver, contributes to infrastructure projects that enhance the lifestyle of our community.
• Stakeholder engagement... actively building those integral relationships both internally and externally, eliciting the right conversations and collaborating to ensure we are delivering quality programs that hit the mark and get value for money.
• Continuous improvement... through fostering a culture that thinks bigger, bringing fresh ideas to better support our growing community.
