Permanent Full Time - 35 hours, 5 days/ week across a 7-day roster Salary $99,424.26 to $108,943.56 Location - Liverpool
JOB DESCRIPTION
Liverpool Council’s Library and Museum Services operates six libraries, including the Internationally recognised Yellamundie Library and Gallery, Finalist in the IFLA International Public Library of the year 2024. The service welcomed more than 650,000 in person visitors per year, and nearly 1,000,000 loans.
The Team Leader Library Collections and Information Services ensures consistent delivery and continuous improvement of library collections across our libraries. The position is responsible for maintaining and building library collections that meets the recreational, informational and literacy needs of the community and plays a significant part in building and maintaining partnerships with suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with library collections, cataloguing and budget experience is preferred for the role, as is experience in managing staff.
This role will undertake circulation desk shifts across the service as required, including evening and weekend shifts.
