Band 7 - Salary Range $109,825 to $122,758 per annum + 12% Super + ADO

The Opportunity
As the WHS Assurance Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Council’s WHS systems, registers, and processes are compliant, reliable, and fit for purpose, while identifying opportunities to improve and streamline how we monitor and report on safety.
You’ll collaborate closely with leaders, contract managers, and Health and Safety Representatives to implement practical safety systems, foster a positive safety culture, and embed safe work practices into everyday operations.
We’re seeking a proactive, data-driven professional who can deliver practical solutions and drive meaningful improvements across Council.
